Philip Holbrook, Chief Operating Officer and Licensed Real Estate Agent, Braden Property, Charlottesville, VA

As the Chief Operating Officer at Braden Property Management, Philip is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations. He works closely with leadership across the property management, maintenance, and business development & marketing departments to ensure the company’s vision is realized and that operations remain efficient and effective. With a focus on delivering value to all stakeholders, he is committed to driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.

Philip has an extensive background in leadership and public service, having previously served as the Housing Program Manager for Albemarle County’s Office of Housing and as the Executive Director for Renewing Homes of Greater Augusta. His expertise spans affordable housing, process improvement, strategic planning, and workforce development—skills that are instrumental in shaping the operational success of Braden Property Management.

Holding a Master’s of Business Administration and a Real Estate License, Philip brings both a strong academic foundation and practical industry experience to his role. He enjoys the dynamic nature of property management and is passionate about helping Braden Property Management elevate the property management experience for its clients and stakeholders.

Outside of work, Philip can be found cycling on our rural county roads, woodworking, and (attempting to) wrangle three rambunctious children alongside his wife, Erin.
