As our Principal Broker, Steven Braden brings over two decades of real estate experience to his role. In 2012, he founded Braden Property Management, establishing a strong foundation in property management. His daily responsibilities include overseeing Braden Property and Blue Ridge Maintenance. With a Real Estate Broker license, Steven's expertise spans brokerage, repairs, and maintenance contracting. He has proudly served the real estate industry since 2001 and finds fulfillment in engaging with the unique stories of each owner and resident through property management. Beyond work, Steven enjoys woodwork, furniture building, tending to his yard, and spending time with his wife Michelle and their beloved Golden Retriever, Levi Boy.
